It’s recipe time.


  • 1/2 cup of horse gram
  • 1 spoon peppercorn
  • 2-3 spoon of tamarind paste
  • 1 spoon of cumin seeds
  • 1/2 spoon of mustard seed
  • 1 or 2 spring of coriander leaves
  • 1 Spring of curry leaves
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • Salt according to taste.


  • On a camping night, soak the horse gram seeds in water for a full night.
  • Now light up your stove and pressure cook the stove till it becomes soft.
  • Drain the water and store it aside for later use.

  • 1 small lemon
  • Salt according to taste


  • Take some water in a pot and boil it on the stove.

  • When the water is boiled enough put the maize in the pot.

  • Switch on your stove and boil water in a large saucepan
  • Stir the oats occasionally for 10 minutes at a temperature below the boiling point (like 195F of temperature).
  • Make your sauce while the oatmeal is cooking. To prepare sauce mix the yogurt and honey in a small bowl.
  • When the oatmeal is cooked, turn off your stove and stir shredded carrot, cinnamon, raisins, allspice, and salt.
  • Cover your pan and set it aside for 5 minutes.

  • Cut 1 pound cherry tomatoes in half

  • Fresh basil leaves
